We are buying our first home. The Smith's (who are selling to us) still needs to find a place to move to. If they cannot find a place before mid July, we won't be able to move, and our lease is up this month. Our current apartment is too small, and was flooded on July 4, so now the place stinks and is becoming toxic. Please pray that the Smith's find a new home, within their budget, so that we may move into their old place.
