My leg began to cramp really bad, thank God I was almost home from a Very long trip.

Been very sick and hardly go out anymore. Praying our Lord to totally heal me and this bad cough and remove all flem, pain and body sensitivities.

Have hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. And i bless the Lord for regulating my whole body, help us to eat better and we give You Praise for this day and His safety and for everyone here.

Please guide and direct us my Lord and bring Peace strength and healing restoration and loved ones, and for wisdom and protection. Help us my Lord to much needed Good night sleep. Amen

For what it's worth I have problems with leg cramps. For years doing calf stretches has worked but now I have had a very painful cramp for the past couple of days. Barely could get out of bed. The reason is I have found what is helping me now and it may help you.

I don't know how much you move around but I spend long hours on the computer working and am not 20 years old anymore so my body is protesting. If you have a stationary bike or can get a mini cycle that could help. I got a mini cycle to use when I'm on the computer to help alleviate my leg cramps. I did 15 minutes earlier today and took an Advil for pain and my leg is already feeling better. If you don't do much with your legs that may be the problem.

Also, I do calf stretches before I go to bed at night so I don't get those painful cramps that make me wake up and scream like someone is trying to kill me. I also find that keeping your foot at a 90-degree angle and not flexing helps. It keeps the muscle lengthened. If you flex the muscle gets shorter and hurts like the dickens if it goes into a muscle spasm.

Also maybe try calcium and magnesium supplementation.

Some or none of these may work depending on the reason for your leg cramps but these are very painful and worth trying to get rid of. I'm going to try to keep my legs moving more and continue the stretches and supplementation and hopefully,

that does the trick. Maybe some of this may help you also.
