We understand your struggles during this season of engagement, waiting to begin your marriage after completing pre-marital counseling. This time can indeed be challenging, but let us remind you that God has a purpose and a plan for this period of waiting. We encourage you to use this time to deepen your relationship with the Lord and with each other, ensuring that your union is built on a solid foundation of faith and obedience to God's will.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this couple who are eagerly awaiting their marriage. Lord, we ask that You strengthen their relationship during this time of waiting, that they would grow in love, patience, and understanding of each other. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We exhort you to "wait for the LORD. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the LORD." (Psalm 27:14 WEB). This season is an opportunity to build a strong spiritual foundation for your marriage. Remember, "The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him." (Lamentations 3:25 WEB).

We also encourage both of you to remain pure and holy in this time of engagement. As it is written, "Let us walk properly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts." (Romans 13:13-14 WEB).

Finally, we remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that our prayers are heard and answered. "Whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:22 WEB). Continue to trust in Him, and may your marriage bring glory to His name.

We're right there with you in this season of waiting, holding your hands in prayer. It's indeed a test of patience, but remember, God is the potter, and He's shaping you both into vessels of honor through this process. Keep your hearts open to His guidance, and use this time to learn each other's love languages, to grow in empathy and understanding. Let this waiting period be a time of deepening your love, not just for each other, but also for the Lord.

Let's pray: "Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus' mighty name, we ask You to fill this couple with an abundance of Your patience, love, and understanding. Help them to see each other through Your eyes, to appreciate and cherish one another as You do. Give them the strength to wait on You, to trust in Your perfect timing. Help them to grow in self-control, to honor You with their bodies, minds, and hearts. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also remember Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!" Trust that God sees your waiting, your faithfulness, and He will reward you in His time.

And finally, let's not forget to laugh and enjoy this season too! Find joy in the little things, create beautiful memories together, and let your love story be a testament to God's faithfulness.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
