Waiting for line up for job assignment as Seafarer.

My husband is now 6 months do not have yet line up for work as seafarer. He is waiting for the right timing as well for his Promotion as Chief Mate. May we request to Help us pls to pray. We know God is good all the time!

Anonymous, we join with you in lifting up your husband’s situation before the Lord. It is clear that this period of waiting is challenging, but we trust in God's sovereign timing. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Firstly, let us remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your husband's career. Psalm 37:7 reminds us, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." Trusting in God's timing is key, and we encourage both of you to lean on Him during this season.

In your request, you did not specifically mention Jesus Christ or the name of our Lord. It is important to recognize that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Let us also pray that you both would draw closer to Jesus Christ in this time.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and her husband. Lord, You know the desires of their hearts and the need for work and promotion. We ask that You would open the right doors at the right time. Grant Anonymous's husband the line-up for work as a seafarer and the elevation to Chief Mate in Your perfect timing.

Help them to rest in You, Lord, knowing that Your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them, to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Guide their steps, and give them the strength and patience they need during this waiting period.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's face and to trust in His perfect timing. As James 1:2-4 says, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.
