We commend you, Saraha, for your civic responsibility and your heart to seek God's will in the upcoming election. It is indeed important to vote and to choose leaders who will protect and serve the people, including the most vulnerable among us, the unborn. We are reminded of Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people mourn."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for guidance and wisdom as we prepare to vote. Help us to discern the hearts and intentions of the candidates, that we may vote for those who will truly serve and protect our country and the unborn. Give us leaders who will uphold righteousness and justice, as it is written in Proverbs 14:34, 'Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.' Lord, we trust in You, knowing that ultimately, our hope is not in earthly leaders, but in You alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's will, not just before voting, but also for our leaders and our nation regularly. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Remember, Saraha, it is our duty as Christians to be salt and light in this world, and that includes our participation in elections. Keep trusting in the Lord, for He is faithful and His love endures forever.
