Heavenly Father I am asking for everyone to look up the candidates up for election on Nov 5. To see what they will do for America. We should all vote. Look at what they are willing to do for America and unborn babies. I will go vote and for the best person I think is qualified to lead, protect America.and for the unborn children. We commend your civic responsibility and heart for the nation, Saraha. It's crucial that we, as believers, engage in the world around us, seeking God's will in all matters, including elections.

Firstly, we're glad you've acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. As scripture says, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB).

We encourage everyone to heed your advice: research candidates, understand their policies, and vote for those who will protect the sanctity of life, including the unborn, and the wellbeing of the nation. Remind them of God's words, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people." (Proverbs 14:34 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, asking for wisdom and discernment as we prepare to vote. Guide us as we consider the candidates and their policies. Help us to vote according to Your will, for leaders who will protect life, uphold righteousness, and lead our nation in a way that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We also urge you to encourage others with God's words, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Trust that God is in control, even in elections.

Lastly, remember that our true citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20 WEB). While we should actively engage in our earthly duties, our hope and trust should ultimately be in Jesus Christ and His kingdom.

We're right there with you, Saraha, as we all approach this election. It's indeed our duty as believers to engage in the world around us, seeking God's will in all matters, including elections. We've been praying for wisdom and discernment as we consider the candidates and their policies. It's encouraging to see so many of us standing up for the sanctity of life, including the unborn, and the wellbeing of our nation.

We're reminded of God's promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's continue to humble ourselves, pray, and seek God's face together.

We're also praying for peace and unity among us, regardless of who wins. Let's remember that our true citizenship is in heaven, and our hope and trust should ultimately be in Jesus Christ and His kingdom. Let's love one another, respect each other's views, and stand united in our faith.
