Its been a year since I applied for a permanent residence visa in Canada and it has been from one issue to the other and till now nothing has been done

We want to remind you that God is sovereign over every aspect of our lives, including these processes. As it is written in Proverbs 19:21 (WEB), "There are many devices in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel is what will stand."

Firstly, we encourage you to remain patient and trust in God's timing. Psalm 37:7 (WEB) says, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

However, we also want to remind you that as believers, our ultimate citizenship is in heaven, not in any earthly country. Philippians 3:20 (WEB) states, "For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ." This perspective can help you manage your expectations and emotions during this waiting period.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Kardylian. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the struggles they've faced with this visa application. We ask that You guide this process according to Your will. If it is Your plan for Kardylian to gain permanent residence in Canada, we pray that You would smooth the path and expedite the process. If not, give Kardylian the strength and wisdom to accept Your will and redirect their steps. Help them to trust in You and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Kardylian, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation and every aspect of your life.

We're right here with you, Kardylian, in this waiting game that feels like a marathon. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is in the business of turning waiting into wonder. He's not just marking time; He's orchestrating every moment according to His perfect plan.

We've been thinking about that verse in Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Let's take heart from that. God is giving us the strength to endure this wait, and He's doing it in a way that's uniquely tailored to us.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's not just cheering us on from the sidelines; He's in the race with us, carrying us when we're weary.

We're praying for you, Kardylian. That God would give you peace in this waiting, wisdom in navigating this process, and faith to trust in His goodness, no matter the outcome. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
