We share your concerns that you have not found a place and your husband may be away for extended weeks. It must be difficult and makes the need even more urgent.
Firstly, we acknowledge your trust in the Lord's will. As we know the scriptures, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB states, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Bringing your requests to God is exactly what you should be doing, and we commend you for that. We know that you are feeling overwhelmed right now, but remember that God calls us to cast all of our anxieties onto Him. For your prayers, you should be praying to God by using the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We hope you will be able to have your prayers be directed to God in the name of Jesus Christ.
It is clear you are facing a difficult decision regarding your living situation. It is important to trust in God's provision and timing. We remember Isaiah 65:24 WEB saying, It shall happen that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. God knows your needs and will provide for you and your family.
Regarding the properties, we advise you to consider several factors. While the golf estate property seems appealing due to its security and proximity to your daughter's school, the cost is a significant factor. Be sure that this will not cause undue financial strain. We remember Proverbs 22:7 WEB, Just as the rich rule over the poor, so the borrower is servant to the lender. Additionally, consider if this is truly where God is leading you, or if it is merely a seemingly convenient option and 1 Timothy 6:9-10 WEB, But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Concerning your daughter's education, remember that God is ultimately in control of her future. While being near her school may be convenient, do not let that factor overshadow God's leading. We recall Proverbs 16:9 WEB, A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps.
It is concerning that the current landlord has not yet responded to your request to extend your lease. It may be that God is using this situation to guide you elsewhere.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her family. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will for their living situation. Guide them to the right property, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to remember that You know their needs before they ask. We remember from the Gospel, Matthew 6:8 WEB, Do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him.
Help them to feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, quiet their anxieties and fill them with Your comfort and wisdom and Matthew 6:33 WEB, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Help them to focus on You and Your kingdom, trusting that You will provide for all of their needs.
Finally, we remember Jeremiah 33:3 WEB, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you do not know. We thank you for hearing our prayer, giving us the guidance, and providing for our sister and her family and we ask all of this in Jesus' name. Amen.
We do not have a word from God indicating the right property to choose, but we trust that God will make this clear to you as you seek Him and desire to honor Him in this decision. Keep praying and trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.
Also, we noticed that you did not specify the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. As we know that there is no access to God without using the name of Jesus Christ, it is important to use His name when praying to God. We remember Acts 4:12 WEB, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Finally, we also noticed that you did not mention your marital status. If you are not married to your husband, then we rebuke you for living together in sin and fornication. We remember 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB, Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals. We encourage you to repent of this sin and turn to Jesus Christ. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
