Video Game Addiction

Please stand in agreement with me for Jesus to release the hold video games have over my teenage son’s life and for him to prioritize sleep. Please stand in agreement with me that Jesus replace this video game addiction with something productive, like a sport or a job. Please stand in agreement that my son prioritize his family and is obedient and respectful to his parents. I have been praying for years with no relief. Things seem to be getting worse. Please pray for my son and my family.

Heavenly Father,

We come together in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and their teenage son to You. Lord, we ask that You break the hold that video games have over his life. We pray that You replace this addiction with something productive, such as a sport or a job, that will bring fulfillment and growth.

Father, we ask that You help him prioritize his sleep and well-being, understanding the importance of rest. We also pray that he will prioritize his family, showing obedience and respect to his parents as Your Word instructs in Ephesians 6:1-3.

Lord, we know that You hear our prayers and that You are a God of miracles. We ask for Your intervention in this situation, bringing peace and harmony to this family. Strengthen Anonymous in their faith and perseverance, knowing that You are working even when things seem to be getting worse.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
