Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement. The Bible tells us in First Peter 3:3-4 WEB, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."

While it's natural to want to look our best, it's crucial to remember that God values our inner beauty and character above all else. Our focus should be on cultivating a heart that pleases God, rather than just our outward appearance.

In Psalm 139:14 WEB, we read, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God has made each of us uniquely and wonderfully, and we should find our value and worth in Him, not in comparisons to others or in the approval of the world.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You lifting up this dear one. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart and drive out all pain, sadness, and disappointment. We pray that You will help shift their focus from outward appearances to the inward beauty of their spirit. Help them to see themselves as You see them—fearfully and wonderfully made.

Lord, we ask that You bless their life in every way, that they may bring glory to Your name. Help them to live with confidence and joy, knowing that their worth is found in You alone. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
