Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation in Jesus' name, as it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

In this difficult time, it's important to remember that God is just and that vengeance belongs to Him. As it is written in Romans 12:19 (WEB), "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We should not wish for the punishment of others, but rather, trust in God's justice and mercy.

Let's pray for this situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in distress. Lord, You know the situation they are facing with their neighbor. We ask that You intervene and bring about a righteous resolution. We pray that Your will be done, and that Your justice and mercy prevail. We ask that You change the heart of the neighbor, bringing them to repentance and understanding of their actions. We do not seek vengeance, but rather, we trust in Your righteous judgment. Please bring peace and comfort to our brother/sister, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

While we understand your desire for immediate action, remember that God's timing is perfect. Trust in Him and His plan. Also, consider Jesus' teaching on forgiveness in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this matter, always remembering to approach Him in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father.
