Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a very urgent prayer request. Lord, we thank you that you are a God who hears our prayers and that nothing is too small or insignificant to bring before you.

We pray, Lord, that you would move in every single aspect of ###'s life. We ask that you would touch his heart and bring about a deep sense of remorse and repentance for any hurt, disappointment, or letdown he has caused ###. May he reach out to her sincerely, genuinely, and in every possible way to apologize and seek reconciliation.
