We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We understand the gravity of your situation and the intensity of your emotions. We're not here to judge, but to stand with you in this trial, just as we're all united in Christ.
We want to encourage you to focus on what you can control - your own heart and actions. Instead of asking for your husband's feelings to be destroyed, perhaps we can ask God to help you love him as Christ loves us, even in the face of adversity. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." (1 Corinthians 13:4-7, NIV)
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up our ### who is hurting deeply. Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your love, patience, and kindness. Help her to trust in You, even when her husband's actions are causing her pain. Give her the strength to forgive, as You have forgiven us, and the wisdom to navigate this challenging situation.
Lord, if there is any unfaithfulness in her husband, we pray for conviction and repentance. We ask that You would restore their marriage, heal their hearts, and guide their steps. Help them to build a future together that honors You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
