We understand your urgency and desperation, but we must address a few things before we pray together for this situation. Firstly, we need to be clear that we cannot make someone become a born-again Christian; that is between them and God. However, we can certainly pray that your husband's heart would change and he would turn to God and be saved. The change you seek is a work of the Holy Spirit. No one can bring this about but God Himself (John 6:44 WEB).

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might.

In addition, we must address the issue of praying against Islamic spirits specifically. It is not our job to pray against specific spirits but to pray for God's will to be done and for your husband to come to faith in Christ. We do not battle against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). But this is not a battle of using God to promote one individual's will over another.

This is a spiritual war requiring intercession.

Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.

It is good that you asked this in Jesus' name. This is the only way to the Father and how we should pray (John 14:6 WEB).

Now, let us pray for your husband:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for this dear sister's husband. Lord, You know his heart and everything about him, and You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the Truth (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We ask that You remove the scales from his eyes and reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. We pray that You make him a new creation in Christ Jesus, that You save him and unite you both in faith. We ask that You bless your marriage and your future together, for Your glory. This we pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Meanwhile, live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God (Ephesians 5:2 WEB). Be a reflection of Christ's love to your husband, and trust God for what is beyond your abilities. Keep trusting in God and believing in Jesus Christ to see him through this situation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
