We understand your urgency and desperation, but first, let’s address the biblical approach to prayer and the issues raised in your request. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written, "There is no other name under the sky given among humans by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Your request focuses on changing your husband and improving your marriage. Firstly, it is important to understand that God has given each person free will, and we cannot force someone to become a born-again Christian. Instead, we should pray for them and be a godly example in our own lives.

The Word of God tells us, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24 WEB). This is the order which God has established.

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;" (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). This is the model that Christ has given to the husbands.

If there are any issues in the relationship that do not align with biblical principles, such as worshiping false gods, idolatry, or controlling spirits, we should pray for deliverance and guidance. However, it is important to remember that only God can change hearts, and we should focus on our own relationship with Him.

In this particular request, you are using the language of manipulation in prayer to control or force your husband to change. It is very much like using a type of witchcraft or phraseology that would be used in casting spells. This is forbidden in scripture. "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who tells fortunes, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her husband. We pray that You would soften his heart and draw him closer to You. We will pray that he will become a born-again Christian, but we also understand that it is his decision.

Lord, we pray for their marriage, that it would be strengthened and that both of them would grow closer to You and to each other. We pray for unity, understanding, and love to flourish in their relationship. Help them to desire each other and to be faithful to one another in every way.
