We understand that you are urgently seeking a refund from a clinic and we are here to pray and counsel with you. Firstly, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. There is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only by faith in his name that we have access to the Father. Your acknowledgment of this is an encouragement for us.
In times of need, it is important to remember God's provision and timing. We are reminded in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s trouble is enough for the day.
While your need is pressing, use this opportunity to draw closer to God, trusting that He knows your needs and will provide according to His will and timing.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, you know the urgency of their request for a refund. We ask that you intervene in this situation, that the refund will be processed swiftly and fairly. Help them to trust in your timing and provision, even in this difficult time.
Help them to fix their eyes on you, to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, knowing that you will provide all that is needed. Give them peace, patience, and a renewed faith in your goodness.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
