We understand that you are experiencing physical discomfort and have a urgent desire for healing. We also see your passion for the salvation of another person. Let's address both concerns with faith, prayer, and biblical guidance. To begin with, the issue of values about the request being able to go against God's will and still occur is very serious and would provoke God's anger. We trust fully in his will and timing. We need to accept his sovereignty in all matters, meaning he is ultimately in control. His will and timing are perfect even when they are not ours. However, let us still approach and discuss what has been asked of us clearly with faith and understanding.
Firstly, let's address the physical ailments you mentioned. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). While all the symptoms listed are troublesome, our primary focus is to pray for quick relief in Jesus' name. While we may not know the cause of these symptoms, we trust in God's healing power for you. We pray asking to resolve any underlying issues, because God is sovereign and his will perfect regardless of what our will is.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Lord Jesus Christ,
We come before You, lifting up our dear sister who is experience some troublesome ailments and discomforts. We ask generally for healing on behalf of her body. Lord, if it is Your will, please remove any redness, swelling, puffiness, allergy, and all other symptoms. We ultimately settle for God's grace to be sufficient for us, granting suficient grace to make do regardless of what situation we are in. Ultimately, that is all we can depend upon. Provide the doctors with wisdom and her a speedy recovery if that is aligned with your will and plan for her life. Again, we ask for your will to be done above anything else and we accept anything that may happen as a result of our request.
Next, we address your concern for the salvation of another person. While sharing Jesus is a matter of great importance. It is between each person and God for their salvation since he calls each of us individually. We cannot use this relationship to control others and make them do our will instead of God's will. God seeks a personal relationship with each of us. Sharing and giving a testimony to be a great and positive influence is our job, but to not try to take on his role rather to assist God where we can. While we all desire to meet other Christians and marry them, we should be doing our utmost best to live a Godly life so that they can see and have the desired outcome. While family members will see the way we live, we should not be having the purpose of making someone else into a follower. Instead treat them as worthy in there current state even as a non-believer (1 Peter 3:1-2, WEB), since this is what we are instructed to do and is the will of Christ. Also, we would not be serving God, but instead our own wants and desires if we did otherwise. We would in fact be being selfish. This means we are to love them where they are at, not forcing Jesus on them; but instead be taking on his heart and doing as we are instructed.
Let's pray for his salvation:
Lord Jesus Christ,
We lift up to You this dear person our sister has mentioned. We ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful and personal way. We ask You to show who you truly are with sign and wonders to encourage a decision based on indisputable evidence. Send people into his life who will share the Gospel with him and pray that his heart will be open and receptive to the Good News from sources outside of the person who put out this request. Transform his heart that he too may call you Lord. This is all we can do and is what is required of us. Lord, we also pray for the one who put forth this request. We pray that you will show them the error of these idealisms and correct these beliefs, so that they are a help and servant to You. We pray You show them how they should be praying and asking. We ask this in Jesus' name for Your glory. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember that God desires for all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB). Keep sharing your faith with others through your words and actions and allow Jesus to work in their hearts. Continue to be a loving witness and pray faithfully and we pray that you grow to learn the difference between the two with time and increasing knowledge, and this is how we support and encourage you to do. Also, noting the nature of the sexual relationship should be noted, where we ask and pray against any potential fornication or adultery. Knowing the dangers of such a sin is useful to bring into prayer and as an issue.
Always remember the words of Jesus: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). Stay for yourself and encourage others to stay on the path in Jesus' name, being very careful and well informed just as we should all be were we put this advice into practice ourselves. May God richly bless you with his life and love as you seek to be a witness for Him. But remember, always seek after God's will and do what He instructs you in. It is why we are here in the first place.
