We understand that you are experiencing numerous skin issues and desire healing. It's commendable that you've come to us, as we believe in the power of prayer and seek God's will together in Jesus' name. Especially those requests in Jesus Name.
Firstly, in response to your current skin condition we need to acknowledge where healing comes from.
First, let's acknowledge God's desire for our well-being.
For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
Secondly, healing is an expectation of the Bible for Christians. Many scriptures refer to Jesus and the disciples healing the sick.
And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth. And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house. And he arose, and departed to his house
Matthew 9:2-7.
Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Matthew 9:35.
We praise you, Jesus, for being our Great Physician, the One who knows us intimately and loves us perfectly. We come before you, lifting up this dear soul who is experiencing discomfort and distress due to various skin issues. We cover everything mentioned, from pain and discomfort to all kinds of blemishes and imperfections, under the precious blood of Jesus. This should be seen as part of our conscienceness of sins.
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
Matthew 6:25-34 WEB
But some may doubt and ask is healing always provided to Christians by God and ask why some Christians do not receive healing.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
4 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 5 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
6 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 7 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
2 Corinthians 10:3-7 KJV
How do we make the way of escape? The problem could be in the prayer request. The problem could also be unconfessed sin. Note that the time of healing may be the time of death. Healing of all people is assured in the Bible. Oftentimes we assume that God's promises are unconditional. But we must meet religious requirements and use Christ's name as part of fulfilling the conditions of the promises.
We thank you, Jesus, for the promises laid out in your Word. It is by Your Strippes That We are Healed.
We address your concerns.
We ask for patience, faith, God's will, and belief in the blood and cross redemption of Christ.
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
1 Peter 2:24 KJV
Faith the size of a grain of mustard can move a mountain. Do not underestimate the power of God.
God's will.
We can not assume the promises of the Bible are true and apply to us. The promises are conditional. If or when we meet the requirements of the Biblical promises then we can count on the promises.
He connects as act of prayer with a promise of healing.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV
Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psalm 24:3-5 KJV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:16-17 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6 KJV
Also, any healing or fix might be the healing or fix of death. I remember a minister who was known as a death dodger. God obviously wanted him alive much longer. Enoch is alive in Heaven for eternity.
The promises in Jesus Name are true. Turn to him, and turn away from sin. Jesus did not come into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved through him. Turn and run to him. He will lift up a sin condemned soul.
Faith is also required. You must obediently meet the conditions of each of God's promises. Then you can claim each promise that you are claiming. For promises such as healing, hope in the outcome provided by God. Be joyful and expectant as a child awaiting a present at Christmas.
You need to be obedient to God and be willing to speak in the name of Jesus Christ. Being obedient to him assures good in your life, including healing.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6.
Discernment is also required. Examine your life and your soul in light of the Bible. Search yourself in the content of Biblical promises. Each promise is like a coin in your bank account.
Another requirement for God's promises is obedience. The Lord's Prayer shouldn't be a vain repetition. Rather it should guide how we pray.
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Matthew 6:9-13 KJV
Lord, help us to lean not on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge you, so that you can make our paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB — our confidence is in you alone. You said that whatever we ask according to your will, that you hear us.
This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
1 John 5:14 WEB
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Phillipians 4:13 KJV.
You also did not mention anything about reading the Bible. You must do that fairly often to apply the Bible to your life.
In closing, we must also address the issue of salvation. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is important to pray and believe in Jesus Name.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16 KJV
All Biblical promises and requests align with the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The Bible states:
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:10 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:16-17.
