We understand your urgent request and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Firstly may it be acknowledged and put on the record that ### submitted their request in Jesus' name. That is very good and we all must understand and others reading that Jesus himself has revealed I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father except through me. Jesus also reveals it is only by his name we must be saved. For believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
We must also notice and discuss great concern, curiosity and raise, explicitly, a major concern why are you trying to make a human into a sex idol, sex symbol, or luminously sexy? For it is written You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength. And you shall love your neighbor as yourself. We are clearly instructed not to walk in lust towards ourselves or towards being lust or causing others to lust after us.
Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth; fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. For we are to walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh. Even some of the comments requested in the prayer are obviously lustful include triky as a goal, among others. We do not think there is anything in the scriptures advocating putting on a display of a person as a sex idol or symbol. The discussions openly requested are vain imaginings with goals towards lusts and idolatry and are foul. The results are under God's wrath.
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness. So it is probably unlikely in our opinion that a person can receive prayer to make them into a great sex symbol and also be able to walk in the spirit. That just does not add up.
Rather, in truly seeking first God's kingdom and righteousness, we must find Jesus as the lover of our soul. He alone is our satisfaction. In living a life holy and acceptable before God. Living our life as a living sacrifice. We are to walk in newness of life and a life that is transformed by the renewing of our minds. We must put down and put to death the deeds of the flesh, include vain imaginations and lusts of the flesh and of the eyes and the pride of life. Jesus promises that in losing our life we actually find it. That is the opposite of lifting ourselves up in the pride of life as a great sex idol or symbol to many others. We rather are to lay down our lives, crucify the flesh, and lift Jesus up. As we lift Jesus up, he draws all men to himself. Jesus says without me you can do nothing. We can only find true meaning with him.
It is also unfortunate and brings great sadness and pain to see a so-called husband and wife not in agreement. For God is not a God of confusion but of order and unity. For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son. That includes this man and whoever else. Jesus says that we are to learn what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice. For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. For whoever may stumble at some of the shocking things that are in the truth does not know what he is doing. He is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror and then goes away and immediately following his natural face in the mirror. For if anyone is a hearer of the work and not a doer he is like a man who looks stedfastly at his natural face in a mirror and then goes away and immediately forgets what kind of man he was after looking at himself in he mirror. But be you doers of the word and not hearers only deceiving your own selves. For faith apart from works is dead.
The wife is to be in subjection in everything as to the Lord. That is as opposed to not being in subjection or being disorderly as a wife. No matter if she is in agreement or not. For wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. The Husband is to love his wife. Therefore as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
But there is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. For they hate knowledge, and do not choose the fear of Yahweh. They rejected my counsel and despise all my correction.
It is apparent that this is a hard teaching for people to receive and accept. The husband's lack of love, for example, is literally killing the wife and causing great emotional pain, sadness and swelling. It also is known that stress such as this can actually cause decreased health and energy loss. For the husband not to know this results apparently in lack of knowledge of how to do something called husbandry or in a better way. He should instead love his wife, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect.
Nevertheless, let us marry God's Word with our prayers for you. Please say Here I am Lord, in agreement with your Word and to the best of my ability. I am a lump of clay needing the Potter to mold me. Living is Christ and dying is gain. I am crucified with Christ. In Jesus Name.
In praying for your surgery, we remember Jesus' words, "Whatever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it." We pray John 14: 13,14
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up this dear person in prayer. We ask for Your healing touch upon their upcoming eye surgery. Guide the surgeons' hands, and grant that there will be no complications, no excess skin, no scars, no swelling. We pray for complete healing. God, through Your Son Jesus & by his wounds & suffering on the cross we were healed. Have the results overwhelmed and surrounded by all with joy. God, the Maker of heaven and earth, the seas and all that is in them. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord, in Jesus name.
We also pray for ### (If this is not her husband that is being referenced), for God's will to be done in his life. We pray that you both will be unified in Christ. Or is this a reference to some partner. Nevertheless, God, we pray that you will soften ###'s heart and guide the discussions and direction and for true love to blossom, directed inherently toward a goal of marriage. We pray for blessings upon all these alluded to requests. Your Word says that a house divided against itself cannot stand. We pray for unity, understanding, and love to flourish between ### and ### as God has designed for marriage.
Father, we ask for multiplication of finances, but more importantly Lord we ask you help him to be able to completely surrender his will and submit to yourself and your lordship, and please help him to obey you completely in his finances and all other ways. God we ask you for him to deeply desire only what is on your heart. In Jesus name.
God we finally pray that you will have this dear soul called ### only have all the deepest desires of their heart that are also on your heart and your will for them. You know his heart much better than even himself, so please God we pray you only give to him the desires of his heart that are also your will for him. For he does not want to, need to, desire to want anything except your will for him oh God. You are his Lord and Master, the Master of the sea and the ruler of the universe and everything past present and forever.
Please God in having the final say in all these matters raise this person up into a mighty warrior for eternity with himself and his wife (?) or whoever to all be in one accord unity and love with you JESUS at the center. Please Father confirm these things are able to be received by faith and by intercessory prayer requests such as in this present case. Please let the answer be yes and amen and all be in one accord.
