Firstly, we want to address the fact that you ended the prayer request in Jesus' name. Asking in the name of Jesus Christ is absolutely appropriate as it is only by Jesus that we have access to God, and no other name has been given to us by which we can be saved.
Specifically your prayer aligns with John 14:13-14 WEB:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Also, John 16:23
"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."

It is so very important to bring all prayer requests to Jesus. If you do not know for sure in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose again, then examined the scripture to see if this is true. Acts. 16:31:
They said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.

You ask specifically in prayer to Jesus Christ and mention self-healing and improvement throughout the request. We do counsel you to be mindful of the focus of your prayers. While it's natural to desire physical healing and improvement, it's crucial to also seek God's will and align our desires with His. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. God wants us to approach him like a child would a loving earthly father, but we are always to finalize our prayers in saying not what I want Lord, but Your will be done. God may choose to work in different ways depending on His sovereign will. We pray God will redeem and use this for His glory.

Pray with us: "Oh Father God you see us right now. We lift up this beloved soul to you. Lord only you know the healing needed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The word of God says in James 5:14-15 WEB: Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

We pray the power of Jesus Christ over this situation now! Holy spirit we ask that you remind us of all the verses about healing that can be applied to this situation for encouragement. Lord Jesus if it is in your divine will to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, please do it now. It is in your mighty hand to do it all! We trust your wisdom whether we get the miracle of healing now or the joy of your grace that is sufficient in our weakness.

We ask this in Jesus' name, and we give you thanks for successes that God has given you in the past. Lord, we believe that Jesus Christ has so much more in store for this individual. Help us to deal with any under laying issues in our Soul. Allow that to be healed as well. Give Divine revelation on where to go for any medical advice or even where to find biblical advice and counsel as needed. Help this person to discern Your will for their life and to move forward in all areas where healing is needed. We ask for this all in Jesus Christ Precious name. AMEN
