We understand your urgency and the deep desires of your heart. First, we want to commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We want to address the various issues you've mentioned, starting with the feelings of loneliness and singleness. We believe that God's design for most people includes marriage between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. It is a lifelong commitment. In Genesis 2:24 WEB it says: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." We encourage you to pray for a godly spouse and a marriage that honors God. Be patient for God's timing and remain pure as a Christian Believer. It is important to wait until marriage before engaging in sexual relationships, as outlined in Hebrews 13:4 WEB: "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."
Regarding the physical ailments you mentioned, we pray for God's healing and comfort. Please remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We must take care of them and live holy, pure lives, as per 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
We also want to address the feelings of depression and anxiety. Remember, God is always with you, and He cares for you. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You know the deepest desires of their heart, and You see their struggles. We pray for Your comfort and healing touch on their body, their mind, and their spirit.
Father, we pray for Your will to be done in their life. If it is Your will, provide them with a godly spouse, a marriage that honors You, and a life filled with Your love and blessings. Help them to be patient and to trust in Your timing.
We rebuke any spirits of loneliness, depression, anxiety, and poverty in the name of Jesus Christ. We speak healing and provision over their life. Lord, perform miracles and wonders in their life, according to Your will.

Remember, God loves you and He is always with you. Trust in Him, and His will for your life. Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We do not offer or pray for luck or misfortune, but rather for God's blessing and will to be done in each life.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
