We understand your urgency and desire for your husband's salvation. It's wonderful to see your faith in the power of prayer and the promises of God. Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB)
However, it's important to remember that God's timing is not always our timing. While we should pray with urgency and persistence, we must also trust in God's perfect timing. As Peter tells us, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." (2 Peter 3:9 WEB)
Let's pray together for your husband's salvation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s husband. Lord, You know his heart and You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth. We ask that You soften his heart, open his eyes, and draw him to Yourself. Use our ### as a vessel of Your love and truth to her husband. Give her wisdom, patience, and grace as she witnesses to him. We claim the promise that if we ask according to Your will, You hear us. (1 John 5:14 WEB)
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to be a light to your husband, showing him the love of Christ. Remember, "Wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, as to the Lord....as the church is in subjection to Christ, so let the wives also to be to their own husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22,24 WEB) Your behavior and prayers are powerful tools that God can use to reach your husband. Stay steadfast in prayer and trust in God's timing.
