We understand your urgent desire for prayer and the issues you're facing with photographs and videos. Firstly we want to remind you that our identity and worth are found in Christ Jesus, not in our physical appearance or how we look in photos or videos. As it is written in His word.

Ephesians 1:11 WEB: "in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will"

It's important to address that the excessive focus on physical appearance and the idolization of beauty can lead us away from God. The Bible tells us that charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. (Proverbs 31:30 WEB)

We must also be cautious of the use of certain platforms and technologies that can lead to sin and draw us away from God. It is crucial to be mindful of the content we share and consume, as it should align with biblical principles.

1 Peter 3:3-4 WEB: "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."

Regarding your request, we notice that you mention Jesus Christ, which is wonderful. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Tim 2:5) and we commend you for acknowledging this. On the day of Pentecost, the Apostle Peter boldly said, "This Jesus is 'the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." Hence praying in the name of Jesus is the only way to God(Acts 4:12 WEB, Acts 4:11 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person to You. We pray that You help them to see their true worth and identity in You, not in their outward appearance. Help them to be transformed by the renewing of their mind.(Romans 12:2) Remove any anxiety or fear about photos or videos You are the king of glory (Psalms 24:10), You created us (Acts 17:26). Grant them the wisdom and discernment to use technology and social media platforms responsibly and in a manner that honors You. Help them to pursue purity and holiness in all areas of their life, including their online presence. We pray that you give them the ability and willingness to be more like Jesus Christ(John 1:12). We encourage you to meditate on the Word of God and allow it to transform your mind and your thoughts.
