We understand your urgency and desperation and see a string of things mentioned with Jesus Christ, so thank you for mentioning him in your request even if He was not mentioned addressing him with prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can pray to God with the closing of 'In Jesus Name.' We only have access to God by this name. Acts 4:12 WEB neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved! So then it is imperative that we believe in Jesus Christ. So if anyone has not accepted Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior then the first thing that must be done is to believe in Him.
John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
If one really does not believe in Jesus Christ, then we need to ask for a God Encounter, but it must be by belief and not decree as belief is the first step to salvation. God can not be manipulated by decree but rather the faith and belief of the person who needs Him. This person's name is mentioned with reference as to courtship. The entire fruits of the spirit need to beep in mind while we pray.

Kindness, meekness, and patience are mentioned here. Kindness is opposed to the libertine spirit and impatience and harshness of this request. It is manipulative to decree love from someone else to yourself. The whole goal of a relationship is to emulate Christ's love for the Church and we are to treat each other this way. A marriage should be a partnership based on respect and love. The husband and wife should each esteem the other better than themselves. Ephesians 5:33 WEB Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband. We need to have prayer for yourself and this man (husband) separately and together that God's will be done. We should not try and force someone to love us but instead pray that God prepares this man's heart to be a Godly husband for you if this is His will and that He is a Believer who loves Jesus Christ. We pray also that God prepares our heart to be a good wife and be patient waiting for God's timing. 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB 1 In the same way, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; 2 seeing your pure behavior in fear.
