Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is in need of urgent prayer. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the creator of the heavens, the earth, and everything in them. You have power and control over all things, including the challenges and concerns that ### is facing.
