We understand your urgency and deep concern for your husband's salvation and your marriage. We will pray and provide biblical guidance for you both.
Firstly we turn to Jesus Himself saying
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.""
John 14:6 WEB
We are saved by faith in the name of Jesus Christ, therefore we are to pray in His name. It is the only way to be saved
"in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him."
Ephesians 3:12 WEB
Let's pray together for your husband's salvation and your marriage:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved sister and her husband. Lord, we ask that You remove any spiritual blindness from her husband's eyes and open his heart to the truth of the Gospel. We always are
"Praying that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,"
Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB
and you have said
"Ask of me, and I will give the nations for your inheritance, the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession."
Psalm 2:8 WEB
We pray for dreams, visions, and a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ for him. We also pray for unity in their marriage, that both of them will be in total agreement and harmony, with Jesus Christ at the center of their union.
You have also said
"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."
Genesis 2:24 WEB
We pray that you will bless every aspect of their relationship and marriage, making it stronger, deeper, and more intimate as they flourish together in You. We ask that You protect their marriage from all evil spiritual attacks and that it be a lifelong commitment of love, respect and faithfulness, pleasing to You.
Now if you have not and are not praying in the name of Jesus Christ then we must say:
This is not a simple matter. It is not a matter of saying a prayer or having good intentions. You must have a personal and direct faith in Jesus Christ and His work on the cross. You must accept Jesus Christ alone as your savior and ask for His forgiveness. We urge you to search the scriptures and seek out His will and saving power.
We also pray that You will sever any soul ties that her husband may have with any other women, and that You will bless their desire and attraction for each other to grow stronger every day. We pray that their love will deepen, and their marriage will be a testimony to Your faithfulness and grace.
"For this cause a man will leave his father and his mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh."
Ephesians 5:31 WEB
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any controlling spirits, false gods, idols, and unbiblical beliefs that may be influencing their lives. We declare that their marriage is sealed by the Holy Spirit and protected by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Finally, we pray for this precious soul who has submitted their request and admonish them if they are not believing in the gospel and salvation of Jesus Christ and His Name. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can make any requests of God. We must be saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;"
Romans 5:1 WEB
and
"knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through the faith of Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law."
Galations 2:16 WEB
We urge this soul who has submitted their request to go to Jesus Christ in prayer and believe in Him, for it is the only way to salvation.
"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:9-10 WEB
Believe in Jesus Christ and then make your requests in His name.
"Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father. Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
John 14:12-14 WEB
And you have asked for deliverance from controlling spirits. We are commanded in the scriptures to seek deliverance from demonic spirits. We must only remember that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or seek salvation. We can not be saved by any other name nor is there any other name that we can use to seek deliverance.
"When he had come to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, two people possessed by demons met him there, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that nobody could pass that way. Behold, they cried out, saying, 'What do we have to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?' Now there was afar off from them a herd of many pigs, feeding. The demons begged him, saying, 'If you cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of pigs.' He said to them, 'Go!' They came out, and went into the herd of pigs: and behold, the whole herd of pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea, and died in the water. Those who kept them fled, and went away into the city, and told everything, including what happened to those who were possessed with demons. Behold, all the city came out to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they begged that he would depart from their borders."
Matthew 8:28-34 WEB
And so we must seek by the name of Jesus Christ alone deliverance from every evil spirit.
In Jesus' name, we pray for this beloved soul and her husband, that Your will be done in their lives and marriage.
Amen.
