We understand your urgency and desire for your husband's salvation and the unity of your marriage. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power of prayer and the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let's pray for your husband's salvation. We are reminded in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved, and it is wonderful that you are interceding for your husband in this way.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for this beloved sister's husband. Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way, that he would come to know You as his personal Lord and Savior. We pray that You would soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. We stand in agreement, claiming his salvation in Jesus' name.
Now, concerning your marriage, we pray for unity and agreement as you have requested. We are reminded in Philippians 2:2, "Fulfill my joy, that you be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind." It is God's desire for husbands and wives to be in unity, but we must ensure that this unity is centered around God and His truth.
Let us pray:
Lord, we pray for this sister's marriage, that You would bring total unity and agreement between her and her husband. We pray that this unity would be rooted in Your truth, that they would both be drawn closer to You and to each other. We ask that You would bless every part of their relationship and marriage, that it would flourish in every way.
However, we must also address the mention of "muslamic gods." It is important to understand that there is only one true God, and that is the God of the Bible. The god of Islam is not the same as the God of the Bible, and we must be careful not to confuse the two. In Exodus 20:3-5, God commands, "You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol... You shall not bow down to them or serve them." We must ensure that we are not acknowledging or giving place to any other gods.
In regards to the intimate aspect of your marriage, we encourage you to pursue this in a godly way. We are reminded in Hebrews 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous." It is God's design for intimacy to be enjoyed within the confines of marriage.
Finally, we must remember that spiritual warfare is real, but our battle is not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." We must put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Let us pray one more time:
Lord, we ask that You would protect this sister's marriage from all forms of spiritual attack. We pray that You would give them both discernment to recognize and resist the devil's schemes. We ask that You would destroy all false gods, idols, and strongholds in their lives. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Amen and amen.
Continue to pray and trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and is working in your husband's life and your marriage.
