The Bible teaches us that marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman.
Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.

However, it is crucial to ensure that this relationship is rooted in God's will and is a preparation for a holy marriage, if this individual is not yet your spouse. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours and the relationship with their courtship. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives and that You guide them according to Your purpose. We pray for purity, self-control, and wisdom. Pour out Your blessings of love, joy, peace, and trust as they prepare for a holy marriage that honors You. Protect them from all forms of evil and help them grow closer to You and to each other, forming a bond that is pleasing to You.

Lord, let their marriage be a testimony of Your love. Let this marriage fulfill their desire, bear fruit, and have a strong godly legacy. We cover them with the blood of Jesus Christ and cut off everything immoral or against God's will in their union, especially anything against the institution of marriage as outlined in scripture, in the name of Jesus Christ.

We believe that You are faithful to complete the good work You have started in their lives.
