We understand your urgency and the depth of your feelings, but first, we must address a few things in your request. He can do anything, but we must make our requests according to his will according to 1 John 5:14 (WEB), and we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. But what we need to discern is the will and timing of God. Your current requests are very specific, and we must intercede for you with that in mind.

Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first great commandment. A second likewise is this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments, WEB, Matthew 22:37:40.

A person cannot be forced to fall in love or be commanded to fall in love. You have offered romantic behavior in your prayer request that might not be in accordance with biblical dating.
Therefore, be very careful trying to use a series of prayers as spells or incantations, or a miracle cure for all problems. Remember that the law is good, if a man uses it lawfully: knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine; according to the Good News of the glory of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust, 1 Tim:8-11 (WEB).

First we must seek His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, WEB, Matthew 6:33. God does not just cater to a list of demands but rather he uses his divine will according to his timing. We must be careful when we pray and the purpose of prayer is not just to attain mere desires of our hearts or selfish gains. Thank you for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ, who made a way for us to come to you. We come boldly but humbly in Jesus Christ name, lifting up our sister who is in need. We pray in agreement with our sister that you might reveal yourself in a supernatural way to this individual Daa and destroy the works of the adversary that have been clouding their vision and spirits. In that, We pray that you would shatter the armor of the evil one to the glory of Jesus Christ and all his virtues that the lost may be saved and that the family of God may be glorified. That the unbelievers are sanctified and be admitted to the family of God.
Help us to have the wiliness to wait for God's perfect will. Help us all to live lives that are pleasing to you according to your word and will. Lord we know you answer the prayers of the righteous and we submit to you and ask for answers in your timing and will. Assist our sister to draw closer to you to understand your will and accept your good, and perfect, and acceptable, will. We pray that you would enable her to be God-fearing, thoughtful, respectful, kind, holy, and pure. We pray for guidance, healing, and blessings for all the saved and unsaved. We pray that she be submissive and trusting of your timing and your will for her life, and the life of this individual.
