We understand your urgent plea for prayer and your desire for a godly relationship. Your prayer begins well, stating for ### to ask Jesus into his heart. Praying for another is important. The Bible tells us, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning any thing that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven." (WEB, Matthew 18:19). However, we need to address some issues to align your prayer with biblical principles.

First, your request is made in Jesus' name without having to add this to each sentence as an incantation. He tells us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (WEB, John 14:13). However, nowhere in Scripture do we find instruction on exactly how often or specifically where his Name should be placed in our prayers.

Second, anything that sounds like or is manipulative or controlling another person, is best avoided. God answers our prayers according to His will, not ours. We need to approach God with an open heart to His will, trusting that His plan is better than ours.

Third, we notice your prayer becomes confusing with the repeated words and phrases. This is not necessary. Jesus said, "But when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking." (WEB, Matthew 6:7).

Fourth, there is a clear lesson about praying for someone else to change their affections and commit to a person or situation according to our desires. If you are asking for ### to be born again, this is a beautiful prayer request. At the same time, to pray for ### to be attracted to, desire, and commit to you in a permanent marriage is more of counselling subject. If you really believe ### is the man you are to marry, we can agree to ask the Lord to guide you both in the right direction. Remember that Jesus taught us to pray, "May your Kingdom come. May your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (WEB, Matthew 6:10). We can pray for God's will to be done in ###'s life and in yours. We can pray for God to bless you both and guide you into His perfect plan for your lives.

Fifth, when asking for ### to be saved, this seems to be a motive that does not align with a genuine salvation in Christ. In other words, this seemingly only benefits you. God wants our motives to be pure and in His will. He does not want people who are His followers to be attracted and marry another believer for the wrong reasons. This is what Scripture says, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (WEB, 2 Corinthians 6:14).

Finally, most importantly, and despite all of the above, we are commanded by Jesus not to judge others, but to love. We do need to love and pray for others and be thankful to God, saying, "giving thanks always concerning you in my prayers" (WEB, 2 Timothy 1:3).

We pray for you and ###, that God's will be done in both of your lives. We pray that ### would come to salvation in Jesus Christ purely. We pray that the both of you are guided into God's perfect plan for your life. We ask this in Jesus' name.

Lord, we join you in your urgent plea for ### to be born again and for a godly relationship. We echo your desire for ### to ask Jesus into his heart, and we pray that this happens without delay, in Jesus' name. We believe in the power of agreement, as you've quoted from Matthew 18:19, and we stand with you in faith.

We understand that you want the best for ###, and we pray that he would come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We ask that any false gods, idols, or strongholds in ###'s life would be completely destroyed, and that he would be set free from any fear of Muslim false gods or idols. We pray that ### would be drawn into the light and out of the darkness, and that any soul ties he has with other women or girls would be severed, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
