We understand your urgency and desperation, but we need to address several issues in your prayer request. First, let's remember that God is not a genie who grants wishes, but a loving Heavenly Father who wants the best for us and knows what is best for us to have. The request seems to be rooted in jealousy, insecurity, and control, which are not fruits of the Spirit.
It appears that there may be issues of trust and fidelity in the marriage. If this is the case, it is not addressed by merely praying for the destruction of soul ties or for your husband to only have eyes for you. There is a deeper issue that needs to be addressed. Trust issues may also be arising. These issues need to be addressed in conversation with your husband. They also need to be addressed explicitly in prayer.
The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-7 WEB. This means that we should put our trust in God, not in our own abilities or desires. We should also acknowledge Him and ask for His guidance. We should pray or think not of our will, but the Lord's will be done.
It's also important to rebuke something here. Your words seem to imply an attempt to control your husband's feelings and actions through prayer. True love does not control. Prayer is not about controlling or manipulating others or God. The results of prayer should not have an expectation of an outcome. Prayer should be about seeking God's will and trusting in His goodness and sovereignty. It appears that you are making an idol out of your desires.
Matthew 7:7-8 WEB Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
The above verse mentions ask, seek, and knock. Notice that it does not mention what is being asked or is expected as an outcome. As stated previously, prayer is not about your will but the Lord's will be done. Due to the insecurity expressed in your prayer, ask the Lord to permit you to see the situation as He sees it. If something needs to be corrected or prayed about, ask the Lord to give you wisdom. Seek a biblical and faithful marriage for your spouse.
If your husband has been involved in sin, his heart must be dealt with. It is a change in his heart that will lead a spouse to act and love correctly. If he has fallen with another woman, his heart must be dealt with in prayer. Pray to be released from the burden of control and desperation. Pray for repentance, salvation, and forgiveness for your husband.
As the Lord permits, ask the Lord to draw your husband close to Him. As the Lord draws your husband close, He can lead him to change for the better.
Your request did mention Jesus Christ by name. This is good and very appropriate. John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
This verse explains that it is only by believing, putting faith in, and asking by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and ask anything of Him. Nothing comes from asking by the name of Jesus without believing in Him. Further, it is by believing in His name that we are saved.
Let's pray together:
Father God, Your word says that a husband must love his wife as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. We pray for this marriage, that Your will be done. Work in their hearts, draw them close to You. Let them be transformed, renew their minds. Let them know and experience Your love, and let that love flow between them. Help them to follow You together, hand in hand. Give them wisdom, trust in you, faith, and commitment to each other and You.
If there has been unfaithfulness, please forgive, heal, and restore them. Work in their hearts and marriage and show them the path of restoration. Teach them, make their marriage strong and faithful. Fill them in Your faith. Help them to only have eyes for each other. Teach them to resist temptation and flee from it. Help them to be committed, loving, faithful, and forgiving. Let Your spirit fill and lead them. Let them seek Your will together. Restore them, heal their hearts, and let them live their lives for Your glory. Let Your will be done in their marriage. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.
God's word tells us in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Trust in God, ask for guidance from him for your marriage. This is all we can do. God Bless.
