But first, we must remind you that a courtship should be chaste and holy, with the ultimate goal of a God-honoring marriage. If you are not currently married, ensure that you are conducting your relationship in purity, avoiding any form of sexual immorality. Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB.
We are concerned that you may be attempting to use prayer and God's promises for selfish desires or manipulation. Prayer is a means of communicating with God and aligning our will with His, not a way to force our desires onto Him or others. Let's remember to seek God's will above our own.
We notice you did not mention anywhere in your request a desire for spiritual and personal growth for both you and your spouse. You do not mention asking God's will. You are asking for your will to be God's will. Be constantly changed and renewed in your mind, so that you may be able to determine and discern what really pleases God. Be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]. Lord, we ask that You would heal all past hurts, pains, and disappointments. Make all things new, restoring joy and peace. Perform Your wonders in their lives, exceeding all that they could ask or think.

God's plan is always perfect and He knows what is best for us. We must be willing to trust Him and follow His plan. If both of you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and are totally committed to being obedient to God and the teachings in the Holy Bible, we believe that you will have a wonderful marriage.
Do not forget that your own efforts are not enough to have a perfect relationship. We must be committed to being obedient to God and the teachings in the Holy Bible.
