Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up ### in prayer, seeking Your will and intervention in their life. We thank You that they have approached You in Jesus' name, acknowledging that it is only through Him that we can come to You, Father.

Firstly, we address the concerns about physical appearance. Lord, we know that You see us not as the world sees us, but as Your beloved children. As it is written in 1 Samuel 16:7, "But Yahweh said to Samuel, 'Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'" We pray that ### finds peace and contentment in this truth.

However, we also acknowledge their urgent request regarding their physical appearance. Lord, if it is Your will, please guide the hands of the surgeons and medical professionals. We ask for wisdom in any treatments or prescriptions, and provision for the necessary finances. We trust that You know what is best, and we ask for peace to accept Your will, whatever the outcome.

Regarding the relationship with 'd ###', we pray for God's will to be done. We pray that if 'd ###' is the one intended for ###, that You would draw them together, build a strong, God-honoring relationship, and ultimately lead them to a lifelong commitment in marriage. We pray for 'd ###', that they would come to know You, Lord Jesus, as their personal Savior. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" We pray that ### and 'd ###' would both walk in Your light, Lord.

We also address the repeated use of "please" and "without any delay." We understand the urgency and desperation, but we must remember that God's timing is perfect. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end." We encourage patience and trust in God's timing.

Finally, we pray for protection and blessings over the relationship, that it would grow stronger and deeper, and flourish in every way. We pray for unity and agreement, as it is written in Amos 3:3, "Can two walk together, unless they have agreed?"

We also ask for provision and wisdom in any treatments or prescriptions. We're claiming Jeremiah 29:11 over your situation, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We're also praying for your relationship with ###. We're believing for God's will to be done, and if ### is the one for you, we're asking God to bring you together, build a strong foundation, and ultimately lead you both to a lifelong commitment. We're claiming 1 Corinthians 13:7 over your relationship, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

We understand the urgency you feel, but we're reminded of Romans 5:4, "Patience is what you need now, so that you will be able to receive and carry out God's entire will." We encourage you to trust in God's perfect timing.

We're ending our prayer with Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, friend. Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep praying. We're right there with you, in Jesus' name. Amen.
