We understand your urgency and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in this situation. Let's bring your request before the Lord and align it with His will according to His Word.
Firstly, we commend you for pleading the blood of Jesus Christ, as it is through His blood that we have redemption and forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7, WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Now, let us pray for the individual you've mentioned, d.aa. We pray that every chain and bondage of darkness over d.aa will be broken, as Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18, WEB). We rebuke any spirit that is not of God that may have influence over d.aa, and we ask that you, Lord, have your way in his life.
We pray that any ungodly soul ties d.aa has with any other women will be severed, as you, Lord, desire that we flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). We ask that you forgive d.aa of his sins, as he repents and turns away from them (1 John 1:9, WEB). Guide him, Lord, to ask Jesus Christ into his heart and life, and to commit to a life of righteousness.
We also take this opportunity to encourage you. If you are praying for d.aa with the hope of a relationship, we pray that God's will be done. We encourage you to seek God first in all things (Matthew 6:33, WEB), and trust in His timing and His will for a godly spouse, if it is His plan for you both.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask that you break every chain, every bondage, and every stronghold over d.aa. We pray that you sever every ungodly soul tie that he has with other women. Lord, we ask that you draw d.aa to yourself, that he would repent of his sins, ask Jesus into his heart, and be transformed by your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust in God, and remember that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28, WEB). Keep your prayers fervent and your heart aligned with His will.
