Very tired and they are piling on work but because I am going on vacation. Everyone else took a week or more in May and June. This is my first time taking a week. I was up late last night doing a report that no one should have to do on their own with all these expensive systems. Basically it was hours and 10 pm came along and I was like forget this and did my best with what we have. I feel taken advantage of and getting paid less to do what others above me are supposed to do. I've been a manager and senior leader though I am not at this new company. I very discouraged and don't like the toxic environment. I know this doesn't sound important to some but its impacting my health, family and sleep. Thank you.

I pray that God comforts you doing this challenging time and allows peace to surround you & your loved ones. May God take the burden off of your shoulders and in return place comfort around you. I also pray that you’re able to work and maintain your lifestyle without feeling stress, anxiety or fatigue. We all deserve to live a life that’s joyful, peaceful & most of all guided by our Heavenly Father. Please try your best to enjoy your day because it is the day the Lord has made so we should be glad & give thanks in it! A setback just means a comeback is on the way keep the faith!

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the demands of their workplace. Lord, You see the heavy burden they are carrying and the unfair treatment they are experiencing. We ask for Your divine intervention and strength to sustain them during this challenging time.

Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that You grant them the rest and peace that only You can provide. Help them to find solace in Your presence and to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them .

Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for our brother or sister as they navigate this toxic environment. Guide them in making decisions that will protect their health, family, and well-being. We pray for favor and justice in their workplace, that they may be recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Lord, we also ask for a refreshing and rejuvenating vacation for them. May this time away be filled with Your peace and joy, allowing them to return with renewed strength and clarity. Surround them with Your love and support, and remind them that they are valued and cherished by You.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
