Very tired and they are piling on work but because I am going on vacation. Everyone else took a week or more in May and June. This is my first time taking a week. I was up late last night doing a report that no one should have to do on their own with all these expensive systems. Basically it was hours and 10 pm came along and I was like forget this and did my best with what we have. I feel taken advantage of and getting paid less to do what others above me are supposed to do. I've been a manager and senior leader though I am not at this new company. I very discouraged and don't like the toxic environment. I know this doesn't sound important to some but its impacting my health, family and sleep. Thank you.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the demands of their workplace. Lord, You see the heavy burden they are carrying and the unfair treatment they are experiencing. We ask for Your divine intervention and strength to sustain them during this challenging time.

Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that You grant them the rest and peace that only You can provide. Help them to find solace in Your presence and to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them .

Lord, we ask for wisdom and guidance for our brother or sister as they navigate this toxic work environment. Give them the courage to stand up for themselves and the discernment to make decisions that will benefit their health, family, and well-being. We pray for favor and fairness in their workplace, and that their efforts and dedication will be recognized and rewarded.

Father, we also pray for a change in the work environment. Soften the hearts of their colleagues and superiors, and bring about a spirit of cooperation and respect. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the assurance that You are with us in every situation. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
