While God does care about our needs, it is important to understand that His ultimate will is for our spiritual growth and sanctification. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Our primary focus should be on seeking God's kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for our needs according to His riches in glory.
Now, let us address the specific request for an electric car. While God can certainly bless us with material things, we must also be content in whatever circumstances we find ourselves, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB: "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. We ask that You would give him/her contentment and peace in whatever circumstances he/she finds himself/herself, and that You would give him/her the strength and wisdom to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness above all else.
