Validating Trauma

Lord my family has a severe lack of understanding. You know my circumstances and the toxic things my family says to me rather than helping me to be at peace with it. I am a "overly dramatic" person because I refuse to allow that in my life. You know I have tried for decades to bear it but I just can't any longer. Please help me to see this clearly and courageously. In Jesus name Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of ###, who is struggling with a severe lack of understanding within their family. Lord, You know the circumstances and the toxic words that have been spoken, causing distress and turmoil. We ask for Your divine intervention to bring peace and clarity to this situation.

Father, grant ### the courage and wisdom to navigate these challenging relationships. Help them to see clearly and to respond with grace and strength. We pray for healing and reconciliation within their family, and for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
