Using my day, health, optimism, sun exposing

To use my day fully now on my beach hollydays as planed - according to my needs, desires.

To be healthy from the top of my head to the tip of my toes. Especially stomach, diggestion, dental flesh, eyes, feminine/reproductive organs, hormons, glands.

To be in a good mood, positive, joyfull, optimistic. No dark gloomy/doomy negative fatalistic thoughts.

No sunburns, good plan for sun exposing.

To be able to do all the activities I planned to do, to have enough energy, strength, and the right motivation to do them.

To be able to rest, relax, and have enough sleep.

To be able to eat healthy, nutritive, tasty food.

To be able to take care of myself, to be able to take care of my body, my mind, my soul.

To be able to be in the present moment, to be able to enjoy the present moment.
