Firstly, it's crucial to understand that addiction is a form of bondage, and God wants your daughter to be free. As it is written in Galatians 5:1, "Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage."
Regarding her friends, the Bible advises in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Do not be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" It is essential for your daughter to surround herself with godly influences.

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for this dear daughter's deliverance from addiction. Lord, You have said that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36). If you have seen improvements in her situation, we would love for you to share a praise report with us all. If your daughter is still struggling, please do not hesitate to post an update and allow us to continue interceding for you both. We are fervently praying for her deliverance from addiction and for the Lord to surround her with Godly influences.
