We understand your urgent need for protection and guidance for you and your daughters. In these troubling times, it's crucial to remember that our ultimate security is in God's hands. As it says in Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
We are instructed to pray continually in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, and we join you in praying for your daughters' safety and spiritual well-being. Regarding the names of Jesus Christ or Jesus or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), you did it totally right. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ, that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Concerning your middle daughter, we encourage you to guide her gently and wisely.
Fornication and homosexuality is not the path that God wants for her. The Bible clearly states "Because of this, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error." Romans 1:26-27 WEB
We believe that the Lord can reveal to her the true character of the individual she is associating with.
Take heart in the assurance of 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
Pray that God will open her eyes and draw her back to Him, for He alone is the source of true light and protection.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family to You. We pray for Your divine protection over them, shielding them from all harm and danger. We ask that You guide each of their steps and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we specifically lift up the middle daughter. We pray that You will reveal to her the true nature of those around her and draw her heart back to You. Help her to see the darkness and turn away from it, seeking Your light and truth.
We also pray for Chloé, that You will touch her heart today and guide her in Your ways. We ask that You will separate her from or get her away from any negative influences and bring her into a closer relationship with You.
We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we know that You are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stay strong in your faith and continue to trust in the Lord. He is faithful and will guide you and your daughters through every challenge.
