We understand your concern and will pray for you and your family in this difficult situation. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. We should not be afraid of any evil or hexes, because God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Your stepson's actions, including trying to pray against you, manipulating for money, and the presence of questionable materials in his room, are certainly troubling. Regarding his lies, manipulation, and laziness Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB states anyone who does not work should not eat. His behavior and actions are not aligned with biblical principles for a Believer 2 Thessalonians 3:6-7 WEB.
It's also important to address the spiritual warfare aspect of your request. The Bible tells us to be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. But we have power in the name of Jesus to resist him. James 4:7 WEB says, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
We also are addressing his prayers to something other than God, Jesus Christ. We need to remind him of 1 Corinthians 8:6 WEB There is one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we for him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we live through him. We also need to remind him of Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your protection and intervention for our sister and her family. Lord, You see the schemes of the enemy at work in her stepson's life, and we ask that You would bring an end to his manipulative and harmful behaviors. Expose his deeds of darkness Ephesians 5:11 WEB, and bring conviction to his heart. Lord, we pray for his soul + Acts 26:18 WEB To open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'
Father, we ask that You would guide our sister in setting firm, loving boundaries with her stepson. Give her the wisdom and strength to stand against his manipulation, and help her to trust in You.
We pray for her stepson's salvation and deliverance. We bind the spirit of rebellion and loose the Spirit of obedience and repentance in his life, in Jesus' name Matthew 12:29 WEB. We pray that he would come to know the truth, and that the truth would set him free John 8:32 WEB.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over our sister and her grown children, 24 hours everyday. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, and we trust that no weapon formed against them shall prosper Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and restoration in their home. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love.
