At first, we want to address a missing component in your request because we believe it is only by the name of Jesus that we approach the throne of God freely.
It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we can please approach God. Let us pray to God in Jesus Christ's name and not forget to tell you the basic salvation message. Let us also pray for your health. We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and He wants you to be whole in body, soul, and spirit. Trust in Him, and He will restore your health according to His will.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask for Your healing touch on Your child's life. Restore them. We cast all the anxieties and worries on you. You are a good father, and you care for your children. You supply all of their needs. Also your child desires to escape this situation and has found a location but needs a better price. In so doing, if the property owned by a person named ### is suitable for your child, then we pray for reduced rental fees. If this property is not, then we pray for a new living situation with a better price.
Regarding your stepson, we want to encourage you to set godly boundaries in your home. It is not God's will for you to live in strife and disrespect. The Bible tells us that if a person does not work, neither should they eat II Thessalonians 3:10 WEB. It is not God's will for your stepson to treat you disrespectfully or take advantage of you. We need to address the fact that you have not said that your partner is your spouse which is something we believe in as a Christian group. It is a sin to live with someone of the opposite sex and not be married. If you are not married, you might need to leave this place regardless. Therefore considering this possible making it easier to leave.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth Ephesians 6:1 WEB.
You should pray about how to best handle this in Jesus name. Remember "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" 2 Corinthians 5:8 WEB. It is easier to go without the body than to endure with this in Jesus' name. We will also pray for his heart to be changed and for him to treat you with the love and respect. We pray that he will seek God's will for his life and become responsible and independent and the servant of God your husband. We also respectfully remind the person what Jesus had to say on the subject:

Finally, regarding your desire to move, trust that God goes before you and prepares the way. He knows your needs and will provide for you. He will prepare the house and the costs to you. We will pray that God will provide the perfect place for you to live, whether it is the location you found or another one, and that He will work out all the details according to His will.
Father, we ask for Your guidance in this impossible situation. We need your wisdom as the one wider than Solomon. We rebuke any spirit or addiction that could cause the need to not work as needed or the rebellion in the home that disrespects the mother. Provide the stepson a soft heart, to help and respect and cherish their mother. Strengthen your servant to endure until you work this through. Fulfill your purpose in this home for your daughter and help to raise up your grandson. We pray also for your daughter to be established in a home with quality tenants, neighbors, or the perfect marriage so that we can strengthen the godly tenets of your household. In Jesus Christ's name we pray in one accord.
