We understand your desire for marriage and a family, but we want to ensure that your relationship with "daa" aligns with biblical principles. We will pray and offer advice that honors God and His word.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation.
However, we want to address a few concerns based on the principles of God's word from the World English Bible. Marriage is a sacred institution created by God (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). So please consider the following, Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. from 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
A godly relationship should be built on patience, kindness, and mutual respect. It should not be rushed or forced. Love takes time to grow, not having and demanding more feelings each day, rather growing deeper in commitment, trust and love. Instead it depicts a spirit of humility, seeking what is best for the other person, not just your own desires.
We strongly advise that you and "daa" engage in godly courtship and refrain from sexual intimacy. It is clear in the scriptures that we must abstain from sexual immorality. (Acts 15:20, 1 Corinthians 7:11).
Pursue a genuine connection that honors God and focuses on growing together in faith. Use this time to pray together, study the Bible, and seek God's will for your relationship. Applying the in Ephesians 4:1-3 encourages us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which we have been called, with all humility and patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Lastly, remember that God's timing is perfect. Do not rush His plan for your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths from of Proverbs 3:5-6.
Now let us pray together,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and "daa." We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that Your timing guides their relationship. Help them to grow in patience, kindness, and love as outlined in Your word. We pray that they seek godly courtship, focusing on growing together in faith, encouraging one another to become more like you Jesus Christ. We ask that You forgive any acts of sexual immorality they may have participated in, and pray they commit to follow the scriptures in abstaining from further immorality.
Lord, we pray that You touch "daa"'s heart and draw him closer to You, God, and build a holy relationship with Your son, Jesus Christ.
We pray for wisdom from you Lord, to guide them, to honor and respect each other. Guide them according to Your will and guide them in Your word and by Your Holy Spirit. Help them both to grow to be more like You Lord.
In all of this we pray that you show them the hope of Your calling and the richness of Your glory. We ask these things in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
