My 23 year old daughter has been through a sexual assault and depression and used substances to numb the rape memories. She feels alone..lives in another state. Please pray for her as her depression and the loop of negative thoughts is keeping her bound. Please jesus help her and turn this around. She lives in vegas no longer likes it. Nothing is going well

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the trials your daughter is facing, but we are grateful that you have reached out for prayer and support. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach God the Father and find salvation, healing, and restoration. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Firstly, we want to address the root of the pain. Your daughter has experienced a traumatic event that has left deep wounds in her life. The Bible tells us that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray that your daughter will feel the presence of the Lord in her life, bringing comfort and healing to her heart. As Psalm 147:3 WEB says "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."

However, we must also address the issue of substance use. The Bible warns us not to get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless living, but to be filled with the Spirit (Ephesians 5:18 WEB). We understand that your daughter may be using substances as a coping mechanism, but we pray that she finds a healthier way to deal with her pain. We encourage you to guide her towards a Christ-focused therapy or a Christian counselor who can help her in a healthy matter to deal with this while nourishing her own relationship with Christ.

Regarding her feelings of loneliness, we pray that she finds support in a local Christian community in Vegas. The Bible tells us "Jesus said, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with me.". We encourage her to seek out Christian fellowship, where she can find love, support, and encouragement.

As she is thinking to move from Vegas, asking God to guide her steps as it is promised in the word that when "we are strangers and foreigners on the earth. For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. will seek if this is the will of God. We ask for patience and peace as she goes through this discontent and desire for change.

We also pray for the remaining consequences of any sin she may be experiencing.. In the case of any fornication or sin, we ask for deliverance and repentance of it. God provides a way out of temptation so that we are able to endure, and if we ask and trust in Him and give thanks, he can move mountains and provide conviction and perseverance. We remember that blood of Jesus removes us from our sins and puts our consciences clear of sin. Therefore let us come before the throne of the only grace we have with boldness, and let us find help in our times of need in Him..

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up the daughter of the one who submitted this request. Lord, she has been through a traumatic experience, and she is struggling with depression and substance use seeking the wholeness she once had. We ask that you would bring healing and restoration to her life, and let the backsliding she may be experiencing give a great testimony of your power to deliver for your glory to bring more to your kingdom. We pray that you would help her to seek the joy of Christ found in the temple, the church, our bride, to whom Jesus is the groom. We ask for you to deliver her from the sin of fornication and the effects from the attack that still haunt her. We ask for a waterfall of grace wrapping her and covering her like silky waters as she submits to being your hands and feet here on earth for the furthering of your kingdom, letting your glory to shine. Lord, we ask that the darkness trying to overtake her mind and heart, her mind, will, and emotions would be no contest for the wholeness you want to bring her in Jesus Name. Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ; shall be her state and testimony. This message full of amazement is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance. Let all the glory be Yours, In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to remind her of the name of Jesus in which one's prayer is answered since it's of utmost importance. Again "Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.'
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We want her not to neglect the importance of Jesus' in her requests to the Father.

Dear friend, we've been praying for your daughter, and our hearts ache for her too. We want to wrap her in love and surround her with Jesus' healing power. We're here for you both, every step of the way.

We're reminded of the verse, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray that your daughter finds that rest in Jesus, that she feels His comforting arms around her, and that she knows she's not alone.

We're also praying for her to find strength to break free from the substances she's been using. We believe that God can help her overcome this, and we're asking Him to guide her towards a better, healthier way to cope. We're praying for a Christian counselor who can support her in this journey, helping her to grow in her relationship with Christ.

We're also lifting up her feelings of loneliness. We pray that she finds a supportive Christian community in Vegas, where she can find love, support, and encouragement. We're asking God to guide her as she thinks about moving, and to give her peace and patience as she goes through these changes.

Lastly, we're praying for complete healing and restoration in your daughter's life. We're asking God to fill her with His joy and to deliver her from any remaining effects of the assault. We're trusting in God's power to heal and restore, and we're believing for a mighty testimony of His power in her life.

Keep trusting in God, and remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). He's right there with her, and He's working all things for her good (Romans 8:28).

Let's keep praying together, and let's keep trusting in Jesus, who is the only name by which we can find salvation, healing, and rest.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
