My middle daughter's fiance began drinking heavily again yesterday and assaulted her verbally and pushed her. He lost his job and has spiraled down. He accuses her every day of cheating and all she does is work. She's been rattled all the time at work and he keeps her away from friends now. He's been slowly doing this for almost 7 years now. She's currently crying throwing up and I just hung up with her. She's afraid to live alone and doesn't have the money too. He uses her credit cards. He tore up the house overnight and his belongings are everywhere and he threatened to leave and take her to court. She hasn't slept and has to go to work. Please pray for a miracle for ###. She doesn't see how she can do this alone. That's why she hasn't gotten out. Please please Jesus protect her. We live in different states.

Firstly, we must address the serious nature of the abuse and manipulation ### is experiencing. The Bible tells us that we are to love one another as Christ loved us (John 13:34, WEB). The behavior of ###'s fiancé is not only unloving but also abusive and controlled by the influences of alcohol, which the Bible warns against (Ephesians 5:18, WEB).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Lord, You are a strong tower and a refuge in times of trouble. We ask that You protect ### from any form of harm, comfort her in her distress, and grant her the courage and wisdom to make decisions that honor You. Break the chains of abuse and manipulation, and help her to see that she is not alone, for You are always with her. We pray for her fiancé, that he may be convicted of his sins, repent, and seek help. Above all, we pray that ### will draw closer to You, trusting in Your love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. We must also address the issue of their relationship. The Bible teaches us that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If ###'s fiancé is not walking in the ways of the Lord and is abusive, it is not the will of God for them to be together. ### should seek godly counsel and consider the safety and well-being of herself and her daughter.

Moreover, we encourage ### to reach out to local domestic violence resources for practical help and support. The church, as the body of Christ, should also rally around her, providing love, support, and guidance.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the power of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). We are glad to see that you acknowledged this in your request. Keep praying, trusting, and believing in the power of Jesus' name.
