My daughter is 23 and convicted about her tattoos. She is having an appointment this morning with a man in las vegas to cover most of them up. Please pray for her safety in Jesus name

We understand your concern and are here to pray with you and offer guidance. Firstly, let's pray for your daughter's safety and wisdom in this situation.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our sister's daughter to you. Lord, you know her heart and her conviction about her tattoos. We pray for her safety as she visits this man in Las Vegas to get most of them covered up. Guide her steps and surround her with your protective presence, Lord. Give her wisdom and discernment, and let your will be done in this situation. Amen."

We are comforted by the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we would like to address the underlying issue here. It's important to remember that tattoos are not biblically supported. Leviticus 19:28 (WEB) says, "You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks on you. I am Yahweh." While we understand that your daughter is convicted about her tattoos, we encourage her to seek godly counsel and to understand that true repentance involves turning away from sin and not merely covering it up.

Moreover, it's crucial to be cautious about the company we keep. 1 Corinthians 15:33 (WEB) warns, "Don’t be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" We encourage your daughter to be mindful of who she associates with, especially in vulnerable situations.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It's encouraging to see that you've ended your request in Jesus' name. Continue to trust in him, and teach your daughter to do the same.

We will continue to pray for your daughter's safety and spiritual growth. May God grant her the wisdom and strength to honor her body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
