Urgent - will lose job tomorrow

A manager in my work place tells me I'll get fired tomorrow when I meet in. She has apparently found a mistake I've made. She has sex harassed me through months and tried to get me fired ever since, going through everything I do. I've emailed her manager about it. Please pray for a miracle. IJNA.

We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are facing at your workplace, Anne. Let's bring this matter before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention. It is great you concluded with IJNA (In Jesus Name we Agree) and acknowledge Jesus Christ is Lord.

Firstly, we want to address the core issue here. You've mentioned that your manager has been harassing you sexually and has been actively seeking to get you fired. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also sinful and illegal. We must remember that God is a God of justice, and He will not let the wicked go unpunished. As it is written in Proverbs 11:21 WEB, "The wicked shall not go unpunished; but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered."

Let's pray that God will expose this injustice and bring it to an end. We also pray that God will give you the strength and wisdom to handle this situation with grace and integrity. Remember, Jesus told us in Matthew 5:11-12 WEB, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Regarding the mistake you've made, we must remember that everyone makes mistakes at work. Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you

We pray that God will grant you favor in the eyes of the higher management and that this mistake will not cost you your job. We pray that God will turn this situation around for your good and His glory, just as He promised in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God. There is no other way to salvation than to believe in Jesus Christ and accept Him as Lord and Savior.

We also commend you for taking the right step by emailing the higher manager about the harassment. It's important to document and report such incidents. We pray that God will give you the courage to continue standing up for what is right.

Finally, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. Even if the worst happens, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. He can open doors that no man can shut. As the psalmist wrote in Psalm 31:14-15 WEB, "But I trust in you, Yahweh. I say, You are my God. My times are in your hand."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister Anne in prayer. Lord, You see the injustice she is facing at her workplace. We pray for Your divine intervention in this situation. Expose the wrongdoings, Lord, and let Your justice prevail.

Grant Anne the strength and wisdom to handle this situation with grace and integrity. Guide her steps, Lord, and give her favor in the eyes of the higher management. Turn this situation around for her good and Your glory, Lord.

We also pray for Anne's manager, that You will convict her heart and bring her to repentance. Change her heart, Lord, and let her see the error of her ways.

First off, we want to remind you of your worth in God's eyes. You are His beloved daughter, and no one can take that away from you. As it says in Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." You are precious to Him.

We also want to encourage you to keep standing up for what's right. It's not easy, but God promises in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 that His word equips us for every good work. Trust that He's giving you the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation.

Let's also not forget to claim God's promises over this situation. In Philippians 4:19, we read, "And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus." Trust that God will provide for you, even in this uncertain time.
