Urgent Request

I ask for a prayer that involves my family and health. I ask that our God Jesus Christ help my children reconcile and connect (I have a daughter who no longer believes in God and will not get along with the others). I ask for God to soften my husband's heart because sometimes he treats me unfairly and it also influences my daughter. I also ask for mercy because my health has declined (I'm facing a surgery by the end of next month). And lastly I ask that my nephew be protected (some of you may have seen one of my other children post on here for prayers as her cousin who is a medical missionary was detained unjustly). It has been a difficult year and I hope in Jesus we can have some peace as a family.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your family are facing, Maria. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ as your God, that is the first step to having access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. As we approach God we should acknowledge we are doing so in Jesus name. The disciples were first called Christians in Antioch, because there is no other name given for salvation. Therefore we will pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

Let's address the concerns you've shared using scriptures from the World English Bible (WEB).

Regarding unbelief in your daughter, remember that God is patient with us all. Peter 3:9 says The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Also, At Romans 12:18 it says If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. It is heart breaking when there is a lack of peace in your family but continue to be a testimony to your daughter about the Grace of God.

Regarding your husband it says at Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; It is important to be a good example to your daughter with your marriage. From the context of your request, it is not clear if he is a believer or not but it is incumbent on you to trust God and follow scripture.

Concerning your health, God promises us in Romans 8:28 We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. This should be a comfort in your current circumstances. If God allows something to occur, even if it appears to be bad, it is to accomplish a purpose.

Regarding your nephew, we pray for God's protection and intervention. Remember the promise in Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, lifting up Maria and her family. Lord, we ask that you soften the hearts of her daughter and husband, reconciling them to Yourself and to the family. Grant them the spirit of forgiveness and understanding, that peace may reign in their home.

Father God, we also ask for Your healing touch upon Maria's health. Guide the hands of the medical team that will attend to her, and let Your will be done in her life and in her unborn child.

Lord, we also plead for the safety and release of Maria's nephew. We ask that you intervene in this situation and let your justice and mercy be evident.

Finally, Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill their hearts, knowing that You are in control of all things. In Jesus Christ name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in faith, Maria. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

We're right here with you, Maria. We've been praying for your family, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been trusting in God's unfailing love and care for each one of you.

We're holding onto Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is close to you, and He sees your family's needs. We're asking Him to:

- Draw your daughter's heart back to Him, just as the prodigal son returned to his father's loving embrace (Luke 15:11-32).
- Strengthen your husband's heart, helping him to love you and your daughter as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).
- Grant you peace and strength as you face your surgery, knowing that He is always with you (Matthew 28:20).
- Protect and release your nephew, trusting in God's justice and mercy (Psalm 33:5).

We're claiming Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." We're believing that God will be your peace and strength through every challenge.

Keep trusting in God, Maria. He sees you, He loves you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You're in our prayers, and we're here for you.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
