Dear Father, Son and Holy Spirit Even though it is a terrible market to sell our home, and that our property can not be used for short term rental, I beg of you to send the right buyer very very soon, that will appreciate and love our home. Father we need to sell our home now because of the financial burden we have each month that the house does not sell. Please have this buyer love our home so much that they make an offer this month that is appropriate, and that they either pay cash or have excellent credit. I am trying to be patient and trusting in your timing in this matter but would appreciate your blessing and swift resolve in selling our home Your humble servant ###

It is only through His name that we have access to God, for there is "no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB) So, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, acknowledging His role as our mediator.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s urgent request. Lord, You know the burden of the house that has not yet sold. We ask that You bring the right buyer, one who will appreciate and love the home, and make an appropriate offer this month. We pray that the buyer will have the means to pay, either in cash or with excellent credit. We acknowledge that Your timing is perfect, and we trust in Your plan. Please bless ### and her family, provide for their financial needs, and give them peace during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
